~ Nurturing Change, One Cycle at a Time ~

~ Who We Are ~

Sacred Tide Collective is a women’s initiative rooted in the Otways, dedicated to menstruality, cyclical wellbeing and reconnecting women with their inner rhythms, bodies and nature. We create warm, supportive spaces where women can learn, reflect, celebrate and grow through the wisdom of their cycles.

~ Our Story ~

Sacred Tide began with Kay — a woman, mother, marine ecologist & artist — whose personal journey into menstrual cycle awareness reshaped her work, relationships and connection to the world. Learning to honour her own cyclical needs brought clarity, steadiness and empowerment, and transformed the way she led in both life and her environmental work. Feeling the depth of this shift, Kay felt called to share menstruality in a way that was accessible, grounded and deeply community-rooted — a space where women across generations could reconnect with their bodies, honour their seasons, and feel supported in all stages of life.

“In a world of growing inequality, unrest and environmental change, we need women who are deeply connected to themselves, their rhythms and each other — women who know when to pause, when to act, when to soften and when to rise with the tide. Cyclical awareness gives us the inner guidance we need to navigate uncertainty, leadership, relationships and change. When women honour their inner tides, they become powerful agents of resilience — for themselves, their communities and the natural world”~ Kay

~ Our Purpose & Vision ~

Our purpose is to bring Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) into everyday life in a way that is practical, inclusive and strengthening. Our vision is a vibrant and connected community where menstruality is normalised, celebrated and shared — and where women feel supported through every stage of their cycle, from menarche to menopause and beyond. Through workshops, discussions groups, cyclical celebrations and pop-up events, the Sacred Tide Collective supports:

Personal insight and embodied self-knowledge
• Shared learning and community resilience
• Emotional and cyclical literacy
• Intergenerational support
• Grounded, sustainable wellbeing
