~ Community Tide: What We Offer ~
(and Are Growing Into)
The Sacred Tide Collective community arm offers workshops, cycle celebrations, and pop-up events — designed to bring women together across generations in grounded, welcoming spaces. In 2026, we are launching our first Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) workshop series called “Ebb & Flow Conversations”, designed to bring women together across generations in a grounded, supportive space. These informal discussion groups invite reconnection with the body and inner tides, while fostering shared learning and knowledge exchange within the Otways community.
Additional cycle celebrations and pop-up events will continue throughout the year, evolving with the collective and responding to community requests/needs.
Our community work is guided by a not-for-profit ethos, with a strong focus on accessibility for all women, and is supported through grants, auspicing, and local partnerships.
Read more about each offering type below.
Cycle Celebrations
We celebrate the inner tides of the menstrual cycle — menstruation, pre-ovulation, ovulation, and pre-menstruum — with uplifting events that raise awareness, foster shared learning and ritual, and empower women to live more cyclically
Workshops
Practical, engaging dsessions on menstrual cycle awareness and everyday wellbeing, blending guided learning, reflective practices, discussion groups, and creative or nature-based activities.
Pop-Up Events
Occasional gatherings, big or small, that connect us to nature and our cycles. These could include swims, snorkels, or creative activities that celebrate the tides, the land, and community. Offerings from other group members are always welcome.
~ Evolving Together ~
As we build, our offerings will evolve with the collective — shaped by community needs and creativity. Whatever direction they take, the essence remains the same: creating spaces to connect, learn, share, and grow together, fostering empowerment and positive change for people, community, and the environment.
