~What Is the Leadership Tide?~

The Leadership Tide is the professional arm of Sacred Tide Collective, offering menstruality and cyclical leadership sessions that help women and gender-diverse leaders understand their Four Inner Tides, strengthen emotional clarity, and lead with grounded, sustainable presence. Sessions are delivered by Dr Kay Weltz — woman, mother, marine ecologist, environmental leader, menstruality educator, and founder of Sacred Tide Collective.

One-on-one mentoring and training supports women to build self-awareness, navigate emotional labour, foster resilience, and apply cyclical leadership in daily life. Sessions are flexible, online or in-person, and can be tailored to your goals.

Programs for teams, councils, community groups, NFPs, or conferences focus on cyclical leadership, communication, decision-making, energy and emotional regulation, and burnout prevention. Workshops can be short, half-day, or fully customised, and can integrate with Community Tide events for retreats or special gatherin
