A local workshop series, ‘Ebb & Flow Conversations’, is kicking off with Foundations of Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA).
Mon, 30th March 2026, 6-8pm
Together, we will:
~Exploring the four inner tides
~Learn how to track your Cycle, bleed or no-bleed
~Sharing stories from menarche to menopause
A warm, welcoming evening of discovery, sharing and connection. Snacks & Tea provided :)
Who: All women, gender-divers and feminine aligned people, all cycle stages welcome. Under 18s accompanied by an adult.
Where: Maarar Woorn Neighbourhood House, 6 Pengilley Ave, Apollo Bay VIC
